Dennis is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and joined the team of Frank V Murphys over 45 years ago.

Dennis has been the driving force behind the growth of Frank V Murphy’s his knowledge and expertise extends across both the Residential & Commercial Markets . You will be able to get in touch with Dennis at any time, day or night!

In his spare time Dennis enjoys golf and sailing out of the Royal Cork Yacht Club!

John Barry MIPAV REV

Commercial & Residential Negotiator

John is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers since 1999 and also is a Recognised European Valuer.

John joined the team at Frank V Murphy’s in 2012 and his expertise extends across both the Residential & Commercial Markets.

In his spare time John enjoys spending time with his family.

Chloe Reidy

Apprentice Auctioneer

Chloe joined the team in August 2023 and is in the midst of completing a course through Cork College of Commerce. Eager to learn, she is enjoying her time at Frank V Murphys.

I enjoy travelling, spending time with friends and family and walks in the countryside.
